FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS

1. HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Human Resource and Administration Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function:  advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize works in the field of administration, assets and human resources management, payroll…

Tasks:
 •   Perform office and secretary works; administration;  human resources ; payroll; assets management, equipment, vehicles; information technology; emulations and rewards of the IPC’s  whole system ; security and safety management; social affairs 
•   Organize activities to connect the departments which have same functions and duties of  companies in the whole system in order to improve and develop skills and professionalism.
 •   Operate and manage Urban Green Park Team(28 ha)


2. ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT


Accounting Department, a functional department, runned by the Chief accountant, deputy chief accountants and accountants. professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function: Advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize works in the field of accounting and finacial tasks complied with the Government’s Principles. 

Tasks:
 •   Perform financial accounting tasks such as: Prepare financial reports, taxation reports, consolidated financial reports, statistical reports complied with the Company and Government’ Principles  
 •   Set up plans for raising capital power 
 •   Perform administrative accounting management, financial monitoring and auditing the budget, capital and assets  
 •   Organize activities to connect the departments which have same functions and duties of the companies in the whole system in order to improve and develop their skills and professionalism.
 •   Work with state taxation and audit office, independent audit and other authorities in implementation of the provisions about the relevant legislation or their requesting.


3. FINANCIAL AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT

Financial And Planning Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function: Advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize works in the field of IPC’s Finance and Planning.

Tasks:
 •   Develop the financial strategies and financial plans yearly 
 •   Financial control for budget, capital and assets 
 •   Prepare and control business plans, financial investment activities as well as manage the investment capital
 •   Receive and exploit information from member companies and from the representatives who are appointed by IPC at member companies to process, analyze, summarize and prepare draft report about the operation of IPC’s whole system
 •   Manage and evaluate representatives who are appointed by IPC at member companies.


4. PROJECTS MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT

Projects Management and Investment Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function: To advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize works related to management in constructing investment projects from  investment policy promulgated to complete

 Tasks:
 •   Propose policies and implement the investment projects that directly deploy by the Company 
 •   Perform the preparation steps for investment
 •   Implement the procedures for investment completed
 •   Report regular activities of the Department and progress of the projects
 •   Propose transferring methods and procedure for works implemented to other investors to do the next steps.
 •   Prepare reports for evaluation, suggesting ideas for investment projects at member companies when requested.


5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Business Development Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function: Advise and assist the Board to manage and organize works in the field of strategy, business development, IT administration, brand management and public relations

Tasks: 
 •   Research, plan and control strategies
 •   Business development/promotion
 •   Marketing and brand management
 •   Declare IPC’s information, ensure the company website running smoothly, administrate the IPC website (www.ttipc.vn); update information on the website (base on the provided contents); construct website management policies  ...


6. LEGAL DEPARTMENT

The Legal Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function:  Advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize works in the field of dealing with all legal matters.

Tasks:
 •   Execute, examine, guide, monitor, summarize and report all the company legal works
 •   Develop, modify and supplement Company’s regulations, policies and rules; raise recommendations to authority
 •   Update, organize propaganda, educate legal issues, train and apply new legal documents issued by government
 •   Participate in resolving dispute process and protecting the legal rights and benefits of the company and labors
 •   Provide legal support for member companies 


7. INTERNAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT

The Internal Control Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.


Function: To advise and assist the Board of Management in building internal control procedures and criteria system; plans for the implementation, coordination and controll; integrated evaluation about compliance and preparing general reports related for inspection or audit.

Tasks:
 •   Test and evaluate the financial and non-financial economic information which has occurred during the normal operation of the company and its representatives and appointees. 
 •   Provide advice on legal and resolution compliance issues to the Board of Directors and owners, the decisions of the General Director that  have been implemented during the executive operation processes of the company.
 •   Organize examinations, monitor the legality, accuracy and truthfulness in the accounting records and financial statements of the company
 •   Recommend and monitor the implementation of solutions to modify, fix mistakes and risks in each department and the decisions of company operation processes. 
 •   Propose solutions to preserve and increase capital during the operation process of the Company
 •   Establish, examine, evaluate the reliability, validity and effectiveness of documentary administration system and the working procedures during the business operating process of the Company


8. COMPENSATION – RELOCATION DEPARTMENT

Compensation – Relocation Department, a functional department of the Company,  runned by the manager, deputy managers and specialists, professional teams, which providing specific assistance, may be set up according to work requirement.

Function:  Advise and assist the Board of Management to manage and organize work in the field of land clearance management, compensation and relocation related to Company’s projects.

Tasks:
 •   Collect legal profiles to implement compensation procedure on land clearance for each projects.
 •   Set up general and specific plans about compensation, simultaneously, corporate with local authority to establish a Compensation Council.
 •   Set up compensation plans for the projects, manage tightly every compensation profiles for every projects based on a basic profile storage system policy.
 •   Organize to hand over the ground and to provide certificates of land use rights for every household in relocating areas; receive profiles and provide solutions for households’complaint.


9. IPC TOWER MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The IPC Tower Management Office is in charge of works related to IPC tower management.

Function: Operating the technological system of the IPC tower to ensure the best quality environment provided to office Tenants.

Tasks:
 •   Manage office leasing to meet monthly, quarterly and annually targets.
 •   Manage security teams and workers
 •   Advertise the marketing promotions for IPC building.
